How much costs labour hire services?

As there are a lot of components like industry, labour competence, qualification, and certificates needs.

We pay our workers according to the relevant Industry Award, Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, or Australian Workplace Agreement, and add a small fee.

Permanent Placement services, we charge a percentage of the annual salary. For further details, please contact us for a quote.

Does East Labour Hire Group has Public Liability Insurance and Work cover?

Yes we do. We can provide certificates of cover upon request

Do you charge if you don’t find the right candidate for a project?

No, we won't charge you. We will perform all advertising, interviews, and reference checking without you having to pay a cent. We only charge once we place a candidate with you.

Are you really available for labour hire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes, we are. Once you sign with us, we are available to your needs 24/7. 

Are your candidates drug tested?

Yes. We are checking candidates before they commence work as well as random drug and alcohol tests.

What is your employee selection process?

The Employee selection Process takes place in the following order:

  • Preliminary Interviews- It is used to eliminate those candidates who do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria laid down by the our needs. The skills, academic and family background, competencies and interests of the candidate are examined during a preliminary interview. 
  • Application blanks- The candidates who clear the preliminary interview are required to fill application blank. It contains data record of the candidates such as details about age, qualifications, the reason for leaving the previous job, experience, etc.
  • Employment Interviews- It is a one to one interaction between the interviewer and the potential candidate. It is used to find whether the candidate is best suited for the required job or not. But such interviews consume time and money both.

What is Labor for hire?

Labour hire is the term applied (especially in Australia) to provision of outsourced skilled and unskilled workers (typically blue-collar) hired for short- or long-term positions. It is known by other names such as supplementary staffing, labour supply or temping.

On what basis are you paid Labour hire?

We are paying a per-hour rate wage. Because there are a lot of components, your wage could vary. It is based on the complexities of the job, your expertise, length of the assignment, travel distance and Industrial agreements.

What is the difference between Labour hire and casual employment?
